Who we are

What this site collects, and why

• Cost calculator enquiries. If you choose to leave your details on a calculator page, we store what you type (your contact details and the calculator answers you submitted) so that we can reply to you. Nothing is stored if you only use the calculator and do not submit the form.
• Transfer-interest sign-ups. If you submit the transfer-interest form, we store the details you enter so that we can contact you about a transfer.
• Visit statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies in your browser and sends page and device information to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your IP address. We use the counts; we do not use analytics to identify you. If you would rather not be counted, a browser extension that blocks Google Analytics works on this site.
• WhatsApp. If you message our WhatsApp line, WhatsApp (Meta) carries the message under its own terms. We keep the conversation for as long as we are working with you, and for our records of that work afterwards.
• The household helpline. Only for households that have enrolled with us. Messages an employer sends through the helpline are translated and delivered to the helper, and the instruction she confirms is kept as that household's preference file. The original message text is deleted after 30 days; the confirmed instructions are kept for the life of the placement. A helper must opt in before anything is sent to her, and replying STOP ends it permanently.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not collect information about anyone who has not contacted us or filled in a form on this site. We do not show a cookie banner because the only cookies here are the analytics ones described above, and this page is where we tell you about them.

Where it is stored, and who else handles it

Form submissions and helpline records are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). The website is served by Vercel. Analytics are processed by Google. WhatsApp messages are carried by Meta. Helpline translations are drafted by a language model run by Anthropic and then checked before sending. Each of these companies processes data on our instructions for the purpose above and no other.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent for us to keep using it. Write to support@matchmaid.ai. We will answer within 30 days. If we cannot do what you ask, we will say why. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.

Changes

If we start collecting something new, or use what we have for a new purpose, we will change this page first and update the date at the top.
